About me

After studying administrative sciences at the University of Konstanz, I chose to start my "human resources" career in Hamburg in 1995, in the fields of mechanical engineering (Jungheinrich AG) and later consumer electronics (Philips).

The subsequent position in Stuttgart in pharmaceutical wholesale (Celesio AG) involved the strategic development of HR processes in eight European countries.

In the following eight years as Head of Human Resources in Ettlingen at a large call centre service provider (walter services), the main focus, in addition to the classic operational issues, was on the collective bargaining and collective bargaining law structuring of company regulations as well as the intensive support of organisational changes, both through mergers & acquisitions and restructuring.

The design and supervision of leadership development was my responsibility in all stations and represents one of the passionate topics.

When I became self-employed in 2013, I deepened my knowledge of coaching (Professional Coach DBVC), EFQM Excellence Assessment (ILEP) and project management. In addition to consulting projects, I have also been a guest lecturer for Human Resources at the Karlshochschule in Karlsruhe since 2022.

In my leisure time, I spend as much time as possible outdoors (jogging, mountain biking, sailing), making music (tenor in the a capella ensemble Double-Q) or getting involved in the Lions Club Karlsruhe-Schloss.
